The environment inside the cabin is quite different from the one we used to. As a sudden change of environment there is possibility that we could affect by it.

Inside the cabin the air is very much drier than a desert. As a result dehydration may cause. To defy such situations you should drink plenty of water or hot tea. Avoid fluids which dehydrate the body such as coffee, alcohol or soda. However if you could not stay away from such drinks then better take care to drink more water to compensate it.

Vitamins and herbal supplement are answer to some threats posed by the air travel. These substances do not hurt; in fact they complement the body by providing body supplements. You can swear by large dose of vitamin C, zinc or products such as Airborne.

Take complete rest before your journey starts. Try to sleep before your flight schedules. You can also sleep on board provided your flight is scheduled to arrive in the morning; this will make you fresh and stay awake the whole day. This means you are going to follow your normal sleep cycle. However in case your flight is scheduled to arrive in the day or at evening then avoid sleeping on board to make sure you are going to get a good sleep at your destination. This is important as any altercation in the normal cycle affects the procedure in the coming days. If you are not able to take complete rest dizziness and some other type of sickness might affect you in the coming days.

Since airports and cabins are crowded places where probably thousands come in contact everyday, you must try to avoid germs. Limit your contact with passengers to avoid germs but this would be silly as you might look manner less. Instead of this you may opt flying the First Class where you can put gap from your fellow passengers. Better, you travel with some disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers. By using this you could clean your tray table, seat belt and arm rests before you get seated. Use of face mask and handkerchief over the nose could save you from germs in the air.
