c. Bureaucracy: It may sound odd for a private organisation, however a lot of people I have spoken to in the last few months have mentioned it to me. People have told me that a lot of staff in these organisations is unable to take a decision themselves and thus it takes a lot of time to get any information from these firms. This leads to inability in providing prompt service to the customer.

b. Flexibility: These web development firms are flexible to incorporate customer requirements at any stage of the process. For them customer interests are paramount.

c. Educate the customers: Web Design firms focussed on Customer Service are ready to educate customers. They always give the pros and cons of each function a customer wants to incorporate in his/her website. This makes customer aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.

d. Take a pro-active approach: These web design firms take a pro-active approach in the customers projects. They keep customers informed of the new options available to them and how their business can benefit with those options.
